Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 20, 2026These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all consulting engagements, advisory services, and website use provided by Omnexa Group LLC ("Omnexa Group," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a consultation, retaining our advisory services, or executing a project proposal, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Omnexa Group LLC provides strictly independent IT consulting, transaction security analysis, and fraud prevention advisory services. Omnexa Group LLC is not a bank, payment processor, financial institution, insurance provider, or regulated financial services entity. Our services consist entirely of professional analysis, technical architectural recommendations, and written diagnostic deliverables. Omnexa Group does not handle transactional funds, process client payments, or provide custodial, legal, or licensed financial advice.
Our advisory engagements proceed through defined project stages resulting in tangible written deliverables (such as diagnostic reports, risk severity matrices, rules engine specifications, and strategic roadmaps) as specified in the accepted consulting plan. Deliverables are provided in electronic documentation format. Omnexa Group grants the client a non-exclusive, perpetual, internal license to utilize the delivered written materials solely for internal operational, security, and governance purposes.
All consulting services are billed on a transparent, fixed-fee basis according to the selected package ($500, $1,500, $3,000, or $5,000) or as mutually defined in a formal written Statement of Work. Invoices are payable upon execution of the engagement or according to the milestone schedule established in the engagement agreement. We do not sell products, software licenses, or recurring consumer subscriptions online.
The client agrees to provide timely access to necessary operational documentation, system workflow diagrams, technical personnel, and informational inputs required for Omnexa Group to conduct an accurate assessment. Omnexa Group relies on the accuracy and completeness of information provided by the client and is not liable for errors or oversights resulting from incomplete or inaccurate client data.
Risk assessments, security audits, and fraud prevention strategies represent professional advisory opinions based on observed conditions and industry practices at the time of review. Fraud techniques, cyber attack patterns, and illicit operational behaviors evolve continually. Omnexa Group LLC does not guarantee, warrant, or represent that implementation of its recommendations will prevent all fraud, chargebacks, system compromises, unauthorized transactions, or operational financial losses. Our liability is strictly limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific advisory service rendered.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Omnexa Group LLC is committed to transparent, fair business relationships. Because our services involve dedicated consulting hours, specialized technical analysis, and custom documentation, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions governing engagement terminations and fee adjustments.
1. Engagement Cancellations Prior to Commencement
Clients may cancel an agreed consulting engagement at any time prior to the formal project kickoff meeting or before any initial discovery intake has been conducted. In such cases, the client will receive a full 100% refund of any prepaid consulting fees, processed within 7 to 10 business days.
2. Cancellations After Work Has Commenced
If a client requests cancellation after project discovery, intake analysis, or architectural review has commenced but before final deliverables are completed, fees are assessed pro-rata based on completed project stages. The client will be billed only for the documented hours and milestone stages completed up to the date of written cancellation notice. Any unearned prepaid funds will be refunded to the client.
3. Completed Deliverables
Once final written deliverables (such as the Diagnostic Audit Report, Architecture Blueprint, or Complete Advisory Dossier) have been completed and delivered to the client, the consulting fee for that engagement is fully earned and non-refundable. If a client believes a deliverable does not satisfy the agreed project scope, Omnexa Group will provide one round of revisions within 14 calendar days of delivery at no additional charge to ensure complete alignment with the contractual scope.
4. How to Request a Cancellation or Refund
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to OmnexaGroup@proton.me. The request must include your company name, consulting engagement package or invoice number, date of agreement, and reason for cancellation. Written responses and refund evaluations are provided within two business days.
Data Protection & Confidentiality Policy
At Omnexa Group LLC, maintaining the absolute confidentiality and technical security of our clients' sensitive operational, system, and transactional data is paramount to our advisory practice. This policy establishes our operational standards for data protection and information handling.
Omnexa Group LLC treats all proprietary documentation, system schematics, transaction metrics, fraud loss figures, and vulnerability findings received from clients as strictly confidential information. We do not disclose, distribute, publish, or share client confidential data with any third party without express prior written consent, except where required by enforceable legal process.
Client materials provided during consulting engagements are transferred and stored utilizing enterprise-grade encryption both in transit and at rest. Documents, diagnostic logs, and architectural notes are segregated within isolated project workspaces. We do not store sensitive client payment card numbers (PANs), card security codes (CVVs), or unencrypted personal credentials; clients are advised to sanitize or redact live personal customer data prior to transferring diagnostic log samples.
Access to client confidential materials is strictly restricted to designated Omnexa Group consultants and technical specialists actively assigned to the specific engagement. All consultants operate under binding contractual confidentiality agreements and adhere to strict least-privilege administrative access protocols.
Project documentation and client artifacts are retained solely for the period necessary to complete project deliverables and support the client walk-through phase. Following project closure, client diagnostic data is securely purged from our active systems within 90 days, retaining only the final executed deliverables, master agreements, and administrative billing records required for legal and tax compliance.
For questions regarding data protection protocols or to request verification of data purging following an engagement, contact our compliance team at OmnexaGroup@proton.me or write to:
